Projects built to solve a specific problem

ConceiveLife — Fertility Tracking Platform
A cycle-tracking and fertility guidance platform helping individuals and couples understand their bodies and plan their journey to parenthood.
Challenge
The client needed a calm, trustworthy platform where users could log daily fertility signals, understand their cycle at a glance, and get a clear path from free assessment to a guided 90-day tracker — without the clutter typical of health apps.
Solution
We built a Next.js front end with an interactive cycle wheel, a free assessment funnel, and a gated 90-day tracker behind login, backed by a Node.js/MySQL API for storing daily signals and generating personalized insights.
Results
- Free assessment to signup funnel live at launch
- Interactive cycle visualization shipped in v1
- Structured onboarding for the 90-day tracker

Precious Fertility — Wellness E-commerce
A science-backed fertility nutrition storefront for men and women, built to convert first-time visitors into subscribers.
Challenge
The brand needed an e-commerce site that felt premium and trustworthy enough to sell a sensitive health product, with fast product discovery and a blog to support SEO and buyer education.
Solution
We shipped a fast, content-led storefront with a blog, product catalog, and checkout, focused on clear trust signals (science-backed claims, ingredient sourcing, made-in-USA badges) above the fold.
Results
- Full product catalog + blog launched together
- Trust badges and social proof placed above the fold
- Mobile-first checkout flow

DeepVincy World — Premium Hardware Store
A catalog-driven storefront for a premium door handle and hardware brand, built to showcase craftsmanship in every product photo.
Challenge
The client's previous site undersold genuinely high-end products with flat product grids and slow image loading, which hurt conversion for a brand competing on finish and detail.
Solution
We rebuilt the storefront around large hero product photography, an optimized image pipeline for fast loads, and a clearer category structure across their door handle and hardware lines.
Results
- Full product catalog restructured by category
- Optimized image delivery for large product photography
- New homepage built around hero product shots

Removalist Near Me — Moving Services Marketplace
An Australia-wide marketplace connecting people who are moving with verified removalist companies, plus a business dashboard for the removalists themselves.
Challenge
The client needed two experiences in one product: a simple quote-request flow for households moving house or interstate, and a real operations dashboard for removalist businesses to manage jobs, quotes, and customers.
Solution
We built a public marketplace front end for browsing services and requesting quotes, paired with a "For Business" dashboard showing job pipelines, quote status, revenue, and a weekly job-requests chart.
Results
- Dual-sided platform: household quotes + business dashboard
- Live job pipeline with new/pending/completed states
- Weekly job-request analytics for removalist partners

HRMS — Employee Self-Service Dashboard
A dark-themed employee self-service portal for attendance, leave, and payroll, built to cut down HR's manual request handling.
Challenge
HR was manually handling attendance corrections, leave requests, and payslip queries over email and spreadsheets, with no self-service option for employees.
Solution
We built an employee dashboard covering check-in/check-out, leave requests with live balance tracking, payslip access, and a 30-day attendance trend view, all in one authenticated portal.
Results
- Self-service check-in/out replaced manual attendance logs
- Live leave balance + request flow for every employee
- Payslip access moved out of HR's inbox

Broadcast Pro — WhatsApp Marketing SaaS
A WhatsApp broadcast and messaging tool for education businesses to reach students at scale without leaving one dashboard.
Challenge
The client, an ed-tech business, was sending WhatsApp updates to students manually through the regular app, with no templates, scheduling, or delivery tracking.
Solution
We built a broadcast dashboard on top of the WhatsApp API supporting student/batch management, message templates, scheduled broadcasts, and delivery success-rate tracking.
Results
- Batch-based broadcasting replaced manual messaging
- Reusable message templates shipped at v1
- Live success-rate tracking per broadcast
