Terms of Service

1. Services

Zenstack Solutions provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SaaS development, and related digital services as agreed in individual project contracts.

2. Project Agreements

All projects begin with a written scope of work. The agreed scope, timeline, and payment terms are binding on both parties. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due on delivery. Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom code and design assets created specifically for your project become your property. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We sign NDAs on request before any project details are shared. All client information is treated as confidential by default.

6. Warranty

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all deliverables from the date of launch. Bugs introduced by client modifications are not covered.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Haryana, India.
